Thoughtfully composed florals for weddings, private gatherings, and the occasions that deserve more than the ordinary. Rooted in the gardens of Lancaster and the Brandywine Valley.
Begin an inquiryThe gardens of the Brandywine Valley have shaped generations of American taste. Longwood. Winterthur. Nemours. Places where a peony was chosen as carefully as a room, and a lily was given as much space as a painting.
Lily B. Alden works in that tradition. Florals are composed, never assembled. Seasonality is honored. Local growers are favored whenever the season allows, imported stems are chosen with care when it does not. Each commission is treated as a singular piece of design, shaped around the couple, the event, and the setting.
The result is floral work that belongs to the day it is made for, and only that day.
A limited number of commissions are accepted each season, ensuring every event receives the attention it deserves.
Every commission unfolds through four steps, each one unhurried and intentional.
A growing archive of recent commissions. New work is added as each season brings it.
A full portfolio of 2026 weddings and events will be published following the season. Early commissions are currently being accepted by private inquiry.
Kristina Dissinger is the designer behind Lily B. Alden. She works from a small studio in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, drawing on a lifetime of gardening, a classical sensibility, and an eye shaped by the great estate gardens of the region.
Her work is quiet, deliberate, and rooted in the belief that flowers, at their best, do not decorate an event. They elevate it. They become part of what the day will be remembered for.
Lily B. Alden accepts a limited number of weddings and private events each year, ensuring that every commission receives the attention that makes the difference between arrangement and art.
